When inquiring about orders, please have your order number and name, as printed on the shipping label, handy for reference.
 
MAILING LIST
When you place an order, you are automatically added to our mailing list to receive product updates, promotions and our monthly newsletter via email. PAYMENT METHODS/BILLING
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Our payment service company will charge your account for your purchase. Your invoice will read “Truessence.”

We, at Truessence, want to ensure a pleasant and safe online shopping experience. We will never, for any reason, sell or share our mailing list or account information with anyone. All orders are handled with confidential discretion. Click here to go to our privacy/security page.
 
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, any product may be returned, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and unused. Returns are eligible for a full refund/credit of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Please reference your order number and name as it was printed on the original label when returning products. Returns should be securely wrapped, packaged, and shipped to the following address:

Upon receipt and verification that the product is in its original condition/packaging and unused, we will provide a refund/credit in the payment form that was used for the original order. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products; however the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracking number or delivery confirmation number be obtained.

CDs may also be returned, provided the outer packaging seal is not broken.

Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days of the arrival of your package and should be directed to customer service at CustomerCare@truessence.net.

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 6.65% is added to all orders shipped to Minnesota addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside Minnesota.
 
SHIPPING
Our shipments are sent via UPS ground service. When your order ships, you will receive an Item Fulfillment e-mail that includes your shipment tracking information. You will be able to track your shipment one (1) business day after receiving the tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with the expected shipping date.
